Agreement
By using Landmark you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Landmark helps people discover places and lets businesses promote spots. Place information may come from AI-assisted research, public sources, and user submissions. Details can be incomplete or incorrect ??? always verify hours, access, and safety before you visit.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the product, spam, or violate these Terms.
User content
Photos, listings, collection names, reports, and other uploads remain yours, but you grant us a license to host, display, and moderate them in the app. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove or edit content and apply blocks when needed for safety or accuracy.
Premium & Promote payments
- Premium unlocks product features described at checkout.
- Promote packages are paid placements subject to review before going live.
- Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact contact@enterthelimelight.com.
Creator / affiliate program
Creator codes and commissions are offered only to approved partners. Commission rates, holds, and payout timing are set by Landmark and may change. Self-referrals and fraud void commissions. Payouts are manual unless we say otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or abuse APIs; do not attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or moderation; do not use Landmark to harass others or misrepresent businesses.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ???AS IS.??? We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for travel decisions, third-party venues, payment processor outages, or indirect damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 3 months.
