Who we are

Landmark (???we???, ???us???) is a discovery app operated in connection with Enter the Limelight (enterthelimelight.com). Contact: contact@enterthelimelight.com.

Information we collect

• Account details such as email address and optional username.
• Approximate location only while the app is open, used to show nearby places in Discover ??? for example, historic sites, local food spots, and hidden gems around you. We do not track location in the background.
• Saved places, collections, photos you upload, and content reports you submit.
• Payment-related records for Premium and Promote purchases (processed by Wix Payments).
• Creator / affiliate details if you apply to the referral program (name, payout email, notes).
• Basic product analytics events (e.g. discover load, save, checkout started) without unnecessary PII.

How we use information

• Provide Discover, collections, profiles, and promote listings.
• Process subscriptions and featured-spot payments and fulfill those purchases.
• Moderate user-generated content and respond to reports.
• Operate the creator commission program and pay approved partners.
• Improve reliability and understand product funnel performance.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Wix Payments. We store order/checkout identifiers and subscription status needed to unlock Premium or queue Promote listings. We do not store full card numbers.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that power the app (hosting, auth, payments, maps/geocoding, and AI-assisted place discovery). We do not sell personal information. Public profiles, public collections, and approved place listings may be visible to other users.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account from Profile. Some payment and moderation records may be retained as required for accounting, dispute handling, or safety. Contact us to request access or deletion help.

Children

Landmark is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
